If you want to get your kids to eat their veggies, let them help arrange their own veggie “flower” creations, and they’ll be more than happy to eat them up!

Here’s everything you need to make this pretty veggie snack board. This includes: sugar snap peas, colorful bell peppers, and ranch dressing (or your favorite dip). You might want to check out the recipe for our low-calorie veggie dip.

You’ll also need:

  • small clear glass or white ramekins to hold the dip
  • a platter, tray, or cutting board

Start by arranging the peapods across the bottom of your tray, platter, or cutting board as you see above.

Next, slice the peppers, fill the ramekins with dip, and arrange the pepper slices around the ramekins to create flower shapes. Use a peapod or two to act as flower stems.

  • 2 small ramekins
  • 1 cutting board, serving platter, or tray

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • sugar snap peas
  • ranch dressing or your favorite veggie dip

Instructions

  • Arrange the peapods on the bottom of the tray.
