Are you ready for a delicious and low-calorie twist on your favorite classic vegetable dip? We’ve got it!

This simple-to-make dip pairs perfectly with all of your favorite vegetables, and this recipe cuts the calorie count too.

low-calorie veggie dip

What’s the secret ingredient that makes this low-calorie veggie dip as indulgent and flavorful as your traditional favorite? It’s the creamy Greek yogurt!

A lower-fat, lower-calorie alternative to sour cream or mayonnaise, Greek yogurt is packed with good-for-you protein and probiotics. It makes the perfect base for this tasty dip.

So, are you ready to get started? Here’s the easy recipe.

Low-Calorie Veggie Dip

Low Carb Veggie Dip

Here’s everything you need to make your vegetable dip. You probably have some of the ingredients on-hand.

  • nonfat plain greek yogurt

  • Italian seasoning

Low Carb Veggie Dip

All you do to make the dip, is mix the ingredients together! That’s it!

Refrigerate for a couple hours, if you have the time before serving. This will give the flavors time to meld.

Dipping Options

You might not want to limit yourself to eating this yummy dip only with veggies. Try it as a chip dip or sandwich spread.

Here are our some of favorite dipping ideas:

  • carrots
  • any color of bell peppers
  • celery sticks
  • cherry tomatoes
  • radishes
  • cauliflower florets
  • cucumber
  • broccoli florets
  • snap peas
  • your favorite chips
  • multi-grain crackers
  • pita chips
  • pretzels
  • toasted baguette slices
  • French fries or tater tots

How to Store Your Low-Calorie Veggie Dip

Store your veggie dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to three days.

Note that this dip shouldn’t be frozen since the yogurt doesn’t freeze well–the consistency and texture will change.
