Low-Calorie Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp light ranch dressing
  • teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ cup Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours for full flavor.
