No-Bake Bird’s Nest Cookies | MomsWhoSave.com

I love these no-bake bird’s nest cookies. These are fun to make for any occasion, and your kids will love to help you make them.

Use pastel-colored candies for “eggs” at Easter or Spring time, or make them for any season or holiday by just using the color of candies that match your holiday!

Ingredients:

1 cup toasted coconut (*see below for directions to toast coconut)
1/4 cup carmel, melted
Nutella
Favorite Easter egg candies and chicks

Directions:

1. Mix coconut and carmel, and stir until all coconut is coated.
2. Form into the shape of a nest and allow carmel to set completely.
3. Place a small dab of Nutella on top before placing eggs to allow them to stick (candy chicks work too)

*To toast coconut: Heat oven to 350° F. Spread coconut evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally.
