Carrot Pineapple (and Banana) Smoothie

Don’t let the carrots fool you! This smoothie is sweet! The bananas, pineapple, and orange juice make it refreshing and tasty–and yes, sweet! What a great way to get your veggies. This smoothie is perfect on a hot day, as a healthier between-meals snack, or anytime.carrot pineapple smoothie

Healthy Carrot Pineapple Smoothie

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • ice to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.

  2. Add additional ice until smoothie reaches desired consistency.

  3. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
