Carrot Pineapple (and Banana) Smoothie
Don’t let the carrots fool you! This smoothie is sweet! The bananas, pineapple, and orange juice make it refreshing and tasty–and yes, sweet! What a great way to get your veggies. This smoothie is perfect on a hot day, as a healthier between-meals snack, or anytime.
Healthy Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- ice to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
Add additional ice until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
