Healthy Carrot Pineapple Smoothie (with Bananas)
Here’s a tasty Healthy Carrot Pineapple Smoothie you’re going to love. If you don’t like carrots, don’t let that put you off. This smoothie is sweet!
The bananas, pineapple, and orange juice make it refreshing and delicious–and yes, sweet! What a great way to get your veggies. This smoothie is perfect on a hot day, as a healthier between-meals snack, or anytime.
Healthy Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- ice to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
Add additional ice until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
