Hash Browns in Air Fryer Recipe

If you like hash browns, you’re going to love this easy, from-scratch hash browns in the air fryer recipe. You only need a few ingredients for this basic recipe, but feel free to top your hash browns with cheese, or add in some diced onions or bell peppers along with the grated potatoes before you cook them.

I like to make hash browns in the air fryer since they’re less greasy and still nice and crispy.

Serve these up with any of your traditional breakfast foods, or add them to this breakfast charcuterie board the next time you want to serve something a little special.

Note: Of course, you can also make these hash browns in the Ninja Foodi using the air fryer feature.

Next, squeeze the excess moisture out of the potatoes with a cheesecloth or paper towels. Then, add the potatoes to a bowl, and stir in the oil, salt, and pepper.

Cook for about seven minutes, shaking them at about the halfway mark to make sure they cook evenly.

Serve the hash browns when they’re nice and warm out of the air fryer!
