If you use store-bought salsa, you’re missing out. Fresh salsa is so much better, especially when tomatoes are in season. Here is my husband’s recipe for salsa with avocado. I think you’ll love it. We eat with this chips, use it on tacos, nachos, and anything you’d put salsa on. It would also be great on black bean or any kind of burgers.
Depending on how spicy you like your salsa, you can experiment with the amount of jalapeno you use. I like a medium salsa, and this is not too spicy for me. If you don’t like avocado, you can leave that out, and this will still be delicious.
This is such an easy recipe. Just mix all the ingredients together! You might want to serve your salsa with these homemade air fryer tortilla chips.
Use this tasty salsa on our campfire nachos too!
