Vegan French Toast Recipe with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
Here’s everything you need to make this vegan French toast. With cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla, the flavor and the smell are delightful!
To begin, mix all the ingredients, except the bread, in a medium bowl.Â
Next, dip the bread slices in the mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Don’t let the bread soak in the mixture, or it will become soggy and may fall apart.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, and cook each piece of coated bread on both sides until browned.
Enjoy your French toast while it’s still hot–topped with syrup, of course. You may also want to add your favorite fruit.
