Pumpkin Oatmeal with Turmeric (vegan)
Enjoy this delicious oatmeal with your favorite toppings. We like tasty and good-for-you almonds and blueberries.
Pumpkin Oatmeal with Turmeric (Vegan)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup pumpkin shredded
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
Heat a medium-sized pot over medium heat. Melt butter, add spices and pumpkin. Mix together.
Add oats, water, raisins, and agave syrup. Cook until you get a creamy consistency.
Remove from heat and divide in two bowls.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
