The Free Cone Day tradition started back in 1979 as a heartfelt thank-you to fans and a way for Ben & Jerry’s to give back to the community. Decades later, it’s still going strong, bringing smiles (and plenty of ice cream) to people around the world.

To join in on the fun, just stop by a participating Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop anytime between noon and 8:00 p.m. on April 8th. There’s no catch—just good vibes and free ice cream!
