Start by preheating your oven. Then, you’ll roll out your pizza dough, and cut it into strips about one inch wide.

Next, place pepperonis onto the dough strips (lined up as you see in the photo).

Then, sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese.

Finally, roll up the strips into a rose shape, and place on a baking sheet. Bake your pepperoni roses, and serve them warm with your favorite pizza sauce.
