Ingredients
- 1 Pound Sliced Chicken Breast
- 1 Cup Matchstick Carrots
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- ½ Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 14.25 Ounces Chicken Stock
- 14 Ounce Box Lo Mein Noodles or 2 Packages of Ramen Noodles
- Sesame Seeds optional
- 1/4 Cup Baby Corn
- diced green onion for garnish optional
- Sriracha to taste optional
Instructions
- Pour the chicken stock into the instant pot.
- Add the noodles.
- Place the chicken on top of the noodles.
- Then add the carrots, red peppers, and baby corn.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
- Pour the mixture into the instant pot.
- Seal your Instant Pot, and set to manual, high pressure, 8 minutes.
- When Instant Pot is done cooking, do a quick pressure release.
