Everyone loves a hot and melty grilled cheese, and today we have a delicious twist on your old favorite. For this recipe, you can skip the cheddar. Our grilled cheese with goat cheese and strawberries is a grown-up gourmet sandwich that you’re going to love. If you’ve had goat cheese and strawberry salad, you know these flavors are a match made in heaven!

Grilled Cheese With Goat Cheese and Strawberries (Air Fryer Sandwich)
Here’s everything you need to make our goat cheese grilled cheese with strawberries in the air fryer. (See the full recipe at the bottom of the page.)
Start by spreading butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
Next, mix the crumbled goat cheese and whipped cream cheese together.
Grilled Cheese With Goat Cheese and Strawberries (Air Fryer Sandwich)
Ingredients
- Bread of your choice
- Butter
- 4 oz. Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 4 oz. Whipped Cream Cheese Half Container
- 6 oz. Sliced Strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
- Spread butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
- In a bowl, mix crumbled goat cheese and whipped cream cheese together.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture onto bread on the non-butter side.
- Place strawberry slices on top.
- Place slices of bread together to create a sandwich, butter side up.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes or until bread has fully toasted.
- Serve, and enjoy.
