Weird But Good

Pouring out batter that turns into a delicious pizza crust is kind of a weird experience at first. It will amaze you when you see how it actually comes out of the oven.

The amazing part of this pizza recipe is the batter. Then just add the sauce, cheese, and toppings you love. We used olives, mushrooms, and pepperoni. If you want to supplement the mozzarella with some other cheeses, go right ahead.

Whatever your perfect pizza is, it’s going to be built on the crispy foundation of this amazing dough that you literally pour into the pan before baking it into the most incredible “magic crust” pizza.

    Hi,
Do you think I could do the first part of the cooking, top it with ingredients and then finish cooking it a few hours later?

I haven’t tried that yet. I guess the only way to know is to try. Let me know if you try it, and how it turns out.

I can have gluten but I have been trying to eat healthier! I’m wondering if my kids would notice the difference? I’m thinking yes because they are very picky lol. This will be a yummy one for me though!
