The secret to this pizza recipe is the batter. Then just add the sauce, cheese, and toppings you love. We used olives, mushrooms, and pepperoni. If you want to supplement the mozzarella with some other cheeses, go right ahead. Whatever your perfect pizza is, it’s going to be built on the crispy foundation of this amazing dough that you literally pour into the pan before baking it into the most incredible “magic crust” pizza.

Two-Stage Cooking
As you make this recipe for crazy dough pizza, keep in mind that you don’t top the pizza right away. First, you bake it on the bottom rack, before taking it out and adding the rest of the ingredients. Then you bake it again. You will LOVE how it all comes together!

Gluten-Free Crazy Dough Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups water
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Canned mushrooms or toppings of your choice
- Canned olives or toppings of your choice
- Pepperoni or toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix flour, water, eggs, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in bowl.
- Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 min on the lower rack.
- Add the sauce, veggies, pepperoni, and cheese on top (or your favorite toppings).
- Bake 10 more minutes on the top rack.
