thanksgiving conversation starters

Thanksgiving is a day for family, but when you have kids, they can get a bit overwhelmed when there’s a houseful of people. There are likely to be relatives in attendance they haven’t seen in a long time, so it’s only natural for children to feel a little shy.

That’s where these Thanksgiving conversation starters come in. They’re just the thing to get everyone talking, learning more about each other, and having fun. What a great way to make lasting childhood memories!

You can break out these conversation starters while you wait for dinner to be served or go around the table answering questions while you have dessert. We’re calling these “thanksgiving conversation starters for kids,” but it’s the most fun when everyone participates (grown-ups included)!

Click on the page below to print. This was made to fit letter-sized paper, but you can adjust the size using your printer’s settings. Then if you’d like, you can cut out the question cards along the marked lines.

You can also laminate these cards to make them more durable. This laminator is great deal and gets good reviews.
