How to serve Mexican brownies
Of course, these brownies are perfect all on their own, especially warm out of the oven, but here are a few other ways to enjoy them.
- Sprinkle them with powdered sugar, or powdered sugar mixed with cocoa, cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Top warm brownies with vanilla ice cream.
- For even more decadence, top with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream, and warm dulce de leche caramel sauce!

These sound amazing! Iโm going to give them a go.
By unsweetened chocolate, do you mean chocolate with a high cocoa percentage? Iโm not in the USA, where I think you are based, so some ingredients are called different names.
Thank you
