I’m always trying to incorporate healthy foods into my family’s diet. Ever since I learned about the benefits of Greek yogurt, it’s become something we’ve been eating and using in recipes more and more.
Why Makes Greek Yogurt So Healthy?
Greek yogurt is a good source of calcium (necessary for strong bones and teeth), and it contains Live and Active Cultures (so important for good digestive health).
Greek Gods Yogurt –What Makes it Better?
There was a time I didn’t eat yogurt because of the sour taste, but then I tried Greek Gods Greek Yogurt. It’s crafted to have a deliciously tang-free taste and a rich and creamy texture you’ll love. Thatโs because unlike other Greek yogurts, Greek Gods is made in the old-world method โ where cultured milk turns into yogurt inside the cup, giving it a unique texture and flavor that canโt be beat. So, if you think yogurt’s not your thing, you may want to think again! Plus, with such a wide range of flavors, I know you’ll find at least a few you’re going to love.
The Best Ways to Eat Greek Gods Yogurt
I like to use Greek Gods yogurt in my smoothies. I usually don’t do anything fancy, and there’s no “recipe.” I use a Magic Bullet, and just spoon in some Greek Gods honey vanilla yogurt, pour in a little orange juice, and add in some frozen organic strawberries.
I also love my Greek Gods yogurt as a healthier substitute for sour cream or mayo, and it’s delicious in guacamole.
Greek Gods Yogurt has so many tasty recipe ideas on their site. I was just browsing through them and having a hard time deciding which one I want to make first!

My wife has eating this for a little while now as no I tasted it a day or two ago. Itโs fantastic. My gut likes it too. Would love to get more of these but our local military commissary doesnโt carry what she likes. The regular grocery store does. It cost more there too.
