As a basketball fan, you probably want everyone around you to be as pumped up as you are about watching the big games. If you’re enjoying a game, the whole household should be enjoying it too, right?

Free Basketball Printables
Basketball BINGO
Get your kids involved with your favorite sport with a few rounds of basketball BINGO. This is a great way to keep them engaged and busy.
While the concept remains the same as regular BINGO, the rules are a little different. Your kids will spot what’s happening during the basketball game and mark it off on their BINGO sheet. For example, if the referee blows their whistle, the kids can mark it off on their BINGO sheet.ย
Just print out the BINGO sheet (using cardstock if you’d like them to be a little sturdier), and before starting the game, you may want to go over the basketball terms mentioned on the page. Each time something happens in the game that corresponds with a term on the sheet, it gets marked off. The first player to get five in a row gets โBINGO.โย ย

You can also put your printable BINGO game sheets into dry erase pockets. This is such an easy and affordable way to reuse any of your printables if you donโt have a laminator.ย ย
Jersey Coloring Pageย
Now that you’ve got your kids tuned in to the basketball games, they might want to design a jersey of their own.
With this basketball coloring page, the design and colors are up to them. Maybe they’ll color the jersey to match their favorite team, or maybe they’ll create a jersey to represent their own squad. No matter what they decide, this is a great way for them to get creative and stay engaged during the game.ย

Horseย
When you’re finished watching the games, why not play a game yourself? Grab the family, and head outdoors. Don’t forget your kidโs basketball shoes, and yours too, because this could get competitiveโ some friendly competition that is.ย
Horse is a basketball game that you and your child can enjoy together. Make sure there are at least two people playing the game. While the game typically takes place on a basketball court, a backyard goal and basketball will do the trick.
The idea of the game is to have the players take turns shooting the ball from different locations. The first player starts it off. Each person after has to duplicate that shot. For each shot that is missed, those people will get a letter spelling the word โhorse.โ If you get all the letters you are out, and the last person standing wins!
Knockoutย
If you want to add a little pressure to the game, knockout is the perfect addition. Each player lines up on the free-throw line or at the designated spot. Depending on how many people and balls you have, you may have to adjust the rules.
Typically, the first two people will shoot the ball from the free-throw line. After that first shot, you can shoot from anywhere. If the person behind your shot goes in, you are out. The ball is passed to the next person in line, and the next two players are up. The player who manages not to get โknocked outโ is the winner.ย
Dribble Knockout
No basketball goal? No problem. Dribble knockout is all about teaching your kids how to handle the ball properly. Each player starts with a ball at one end of the court or yard. The goal of the game is to be able to dribble the ball to the opposite side without losing control. If your ball is knocked out, you are eliminated. The person who makes it to the end with the ball is the winner.ย
Basketball season can be fun for the entire family. Add these basketball printables and games to your list the next time you and your kids are watching a basketball game!
