Looking for a fun way to help your children get more exercise? This Alphabet Exercises Workout is a fun and creative way for your kids to learn about spelling and get more physical activity at the same time!
With each letter of the alphabet corresponding to a different activity, your child can spell anything–from their name, someone else’s name, the name of a pet, or any word they think will be fun!
Want just a few quick exercises? Spell out a short name or word, like dog or cat, or a short name like Max or Ava. Want something a little longer to get in a little more activity? Spell out a longer word or name. You can spell favorite foods, shows, movies, or anything your children can think of.
How you use the Alphabet Exercises Workout is completely up to you and your child. With an exercise for each letter of the alphabet, the possibilities for fun are almost endless!
