Put down your forks and spoons and get ready to revamp your eating habits, because we have a dish that you have to try: poké.
What, might you ask, is poké? Well, we have our island state, Hawaii, to thank for not only its creation but its popularity. Our thirst for new goods, our ability to transport cultural trends, our connectivity have all meant that we have more access than ever to a range of inventive foods, and poké is just one of them.

It’s usually prepared in a bowl, and can (or may not be) adorned with all sorts of other ingredients, from rice to noodles and fresh vegetables. But if raw fish isn’t your thing, don’t worry: you can still try poké — and love it! It can be adapted in myriad ways.
