How to Win Blog Giveaways: 3 Quick Tips to Increase Your Odds

Wondering how you can actually win one (or some) of those blog giveaways you see all over the internet? We’ve been running cash giveaways, along with all kinds of product giveaways, for over 15 years here at MomsWhoSave. Here are some ways to increase your chances based on our experience running giveaways and entering giveaways.

How to Win Blog Giveaways

First, complete as many of the optional entries as you can (or have time for). Most of them are usually pretty easy—for example, visiting a social media page, leaving a comment on a post, etc. Just know that each of those optional entries gives you more chances to win.

Next, many blog giveaways allow you to come back every day to enter again. This might mean coming back to do something as simple as clicking a “submit” button. And, there may be additional easy entries that can be done every day, giving you an even greater chance to win since you have more entries in the “pot.”

Finally, when you leave your email address on an entry form, know that this is how you’ll be contacted if you’re the winner. That means you need to check that email address—daily, if you enter a lot of giveaways. And, check your spam folder too, since unfortunately the emails can wind up there. 

I can’t count the number of winners I’ve contacted who never responded, so I had to draw an alternate winner. And, sometimes I’ve even had to draw a third email address because the first two didn’t check their email. Don’t let this be you!
