I’m excited to share this Barbeque Sliders with Memphis-Style Coleslaw recipe with you, because I know you’re going to love it! These little sliders are perfect for parties, potlucks, or any kind of get-together. They’re definitely hearty enough to serve as a mini meal too. Once you make them, your family will ask for them again and again.
What I think makes these sliders so good is the coleslaw on top–such a tasty flavor combination. Since moving to the South many years ago, I’ve come to love coleslaw on everything!
Note: Make these vegetarian by substituting Beyond Meat, Impossible Burger “meat,” or Boca Crumbles for the ground beef.
Barbeque Sliders with Memphis-Style Coleslaw

These barbeque sliders start with canned biscuits–easy-peasy! Then you fill them with your barbeque ground beef, and bake.
The Memphis-style coleslaw is simple to make too, since we’re starting with a bagged coleslaw mix.
When the barbeque cups are finished baking, just top with coleslaw for a delicious appetizer. This is really the perfect party food or game day snack!
