Walmart’s Holiday Meal Basket is the lowest price since the program started in 2022, at just $3.50 per person. The 26-item basket includes a 10–16 lb Butterball turkey plus everything for stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, cornbread, rolls and pumpkin pie.
Good to know: Buy it in stores or add the whole basket to your cart in one click at Walmart.com/HolidaySavingsBasket. The deal runs through December 24, so it works for Christmas too. Express Delivery is free on the basket through November 30 on orders of $35 or more that include the Butterball turkey, Stove Top or Campbell’s soup. Walmart also offers gluten-free, balanced and prime rib baskets.
Amazon Grocery Thanksgiving Meal: $25 with Free Same-Day Delivery
Amazon’s $25 Thanksgiving meal comes with free Same-Day Delivery on orders of $25 or more. It includes an 8-lb Butterball turkey, Stove Top stuffing, Kraft Mac & Cheese, gravy mix, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole ingredients, potatoes, carrots, corn, crescent rolls and pumpkin pie ingredients.
Good to know: Shop it at Amazon.com/ThanksgivingMeal through November 26, while supplies last. It’s available in more than 2,300 cities and towns, so check whether Amazon delivers fresh groceries to you. Amazon doesn’t say how many people it serves, and the 8-lb turkey is the smallest on this list, so it’s best for smaller groups. Amazon also has frozen turkey for 79 cents per pound, and fresh turkey for 99 cents per pound starting November 14.
Lidl Thanksgiving Meal: Feeds 10 for $35.86
If you have a Lidl nearby, its Thanksgiving meal feeds up to 10 people for $35.86. It includes a 14-lb Shady Brook Farms turkey plus stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, Hawaiian rolls and pumpkin pie.
Good to know: The price runs November 11–25, and you need to scan the free Lidl Plus app at checkout.
Aldi Thanksgiving Meal: Feeds 10 for Under $39
Aldi’s Thanksgiving meal feeds 10 for under $39 and includes the biggest turkey of the budget deals at 16 pounds. You’ll also get stuffing, sweet potatoes, fresh cranberries, rolls, vegetables and homemade pumpkin pie ingredients.
Good to know: There are no coupons, loyalty cards, memberships or minimum purchases. Look for the turkey icon on shelf tags, or add the full list to your cart in one click on Aldi’s website. The deal runs through November 25, but the turkeys arrive November 6 and the pumpkin pie mix arrives November 11. The same price is available on DoorDash, Instacart and Uber Eats, but delivery fees apply.

Which Thanksgiving Meal Deal Is Right for You?
Feeding a big crowd on a tight budget: Walmart is the easiest pick, with no app needed and one-click ordering. Meijer and Hy-Vee shoppers can match it for under $35, and Lidl is close behind if you don’t mind using the app.
Want the biggest turkey: Go with Aldi’s 16-lb bird or Save A Lot’s 15-lb turkey.
Don’t want to go to the store: Amazon delivers the same day for free, and Walmart’s basket ships free through November 30.
Hosting six or fewer: Target’s $30 meal is sized right, so you won’t be stuck with a fridge full of leftovers.
Short on time: Sam’s Club is the best value for a big group. Publix and Costco do even more of the work, but cost more.
Already shopping at BJ’s: Make a $150 stock-up trip by November 9 and get your turkey free.
Tips Before You Shop
- Check your pantry. None of these deals include butter, milk, eggs or seasonings.
- Expect small price differences. Totals can vary by store and the turkey you pick.
- Thaw time matters. A frozen turkey needs about a day in the fridge for every 4–5 pounds, so buy early. * Check out our Turkey Cooking Time Calculator + Tips for the Perfect Thanksgiving Turkey.
- Mix and match. Grab the cheapest turkey deal at one store and fill in the sides wherever you already shop.
