Chickpea Galette with Ham and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
5
slices
of ham
1
can of chickpeas
1
small sweet potato diced and cooked
green onions
1
sheet of pie dough
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook sweet potato until al dente.
Roll out the pie dough on a pizza pan or large cookie sheet.
Place chickpeas in the middle of the dough.
Roll ham (see photo), and place the pieces in the chickpeas.
Place the sweet potatoes on top of the chickpeas.
Fold the pie dough in a pleated pattern around the chicken by cinching the sides. (See photo.)
Sprinkle with green onions.
Place in preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes.
Notes
Feel free to add seasoning according to your taste.
