Vegan Overnight Oats With Chia, Sunflower, & Pumpkin Seeds & Topped With Strawberries
Ingredients
½cuprolled oats
¼cupchía seeds
2tbsppumpkin seeds
2tbspsunflower seeds
2tbspchopped almonds + a few more for topping
1cupalmond milk
2tbspmaple syrup
2tbsppeanut butter
1cupfresh strawberriesor your favorite berries
Instructions
Place rolled oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, maple syrup, peanut butter and almond milk in a medium jar with a lid. Stir to combine. It’s important to mix well to ensure all of the oats and chia seeds are immersed in the almond milk. Put the lid on the jar, and refrigerate for at least four hours (or overnight).
Enjoy with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruits, chocolate chips, nuts, or maple syrup.
