Set your Instant Pot to "saute." Add onion and ground turkey or beef to the pot. Saute until the meat has cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, if you'd like.
Stir in broth, your favorite pasta sauce, Italian Seasoning, half the cheese, 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese, and dry pasta. Mix well.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, and seal shut. Ensure that the pressure release valve is closed. Set the Instant Pot to manual, high pressure for 6 minutes.
When the cooking cycle is complete, carefully quick release the pressure before opening.
Serve with ricotta and Italian-blend cheese, and enjoy.
