Hazelnut Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 2 11-oz bags semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/3 cup raw hazelnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Once they are roasted, remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes.
- Then, place the hazelnuts in a kitchen towel and gently shake until the skins fall off the hazelnuts.
- Melt the chocolate morsels in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring between each 30 second period. Continue until fully melted.
- Spread the chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the chocolate.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator, and let cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces and serve.
