Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Roll out the pizza dough, and cut it into strips about one inch wide.

Place pepperonis onto the dough strips (lined up as you see in the photo).

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Roll up the strips into a rose shape.

Place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until pizza dough is cooked through.

Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
