Immunity Booster Shot Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Juice of ½ of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 navel orange
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash of himalayan pink salt
  • 1 dash of ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Add the hot water to a glass or liquid measuring cup.
  • Stir in the honey and turmeric.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients, whisking until all ingredients are incorporated. Drink fresh or within 24 hours for best potency.

Notes

To increase sweetness, add additional orange juice.
You can use fresh, not from concentrate juice in place of juicing fresh oranges.
For kids, you may omit the black pepper and cayenne. Add all ingredients to a blender with a fresh banana and serve as a smoothie.
