Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. block feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add the feta cheese, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until well combined.
  • Chop the parsley.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  • Put the whipped feta dip in a bowl, and garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley. You can also add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Serve with chips or vegetables.
