Gluten-Free French Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • ¼ Cup Greek yogurt
  • Cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • drizzle olive oil

Instructions

  • Drizzle the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Then, add the onions.
  • Cook until onions are caramelized.
  • Add the yogurt, sour cream, butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to the pan.
  • Use a wooden spoon to stir well until the mixture is well combined.
  • Transfer to a bowl, and let cool for at least five minutes.
  • Serve with bread, toasted baguettes, crackers, chips, or veggies, and enjoy.

Notes

Top with some additional caramelized onions or a little parmesan cheese.
