Hot or Iced White Chocolate Mocha Recipe (Starbucks Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Ghirardelli white chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
  • 2 shot of espresso instant or brewed
  • 2 cups of whole milk

Instructions

For iced:

  1. In a cup, add the white chocolate and heavy cream.
  2. Top with espresso, and pour over milk.
  3. Stir thoroughly, and add ice.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.

For hot:

  1. In a cup, add the white chocolate and heavy cream.
  2. Add espresso.
  3. Place milk in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and pour over coffee.
  4. Serve, and top with whipped cream.
