Keto Cheese Rolls

Servings 20 rolls


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ ground pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


  1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Next, whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper.
  4. Add almond flour, and stir to form a dough.
  5. Add mozarella cheese, and stir to combine.
  6. Roll the dough into 20 balls, and place them with some space in between on the prepared baking tray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let the rolls cool before transferring as they are fragile when warm.
