Pumpkin Oatmeal with Turmeric (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin shredded
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions

  • Heat a medium-sized pot over medium heat. Melt butter, add spices and pumpkin. Mix together.
  • Add oats, water, raisins, and agave syrup. Cook until you get a creamy consistency.
  • Remove from heat and divide in two bowls.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
