Healthy Carrot Pineapple Smoothie

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • ice to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
  • Add additional ice until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
