One-Pot Cheeseburger Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tbs Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbs Sugar
  • 3 Cups Your Favorite Pasta We used bowtie.
  • Parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Drain, and add the garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and sugar.
  • Stir.
  • Pour in the 2 cups of milk.
  • Add the cream cheese and pasta.
  • Mix well, and cover for about 5 minutes while cooking on medium heat.
  • Remove the lid, and mix well.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese.
  • Keep stirring while the pasta continues to soften and the sauce thickens to your liking. About 8-10 minutes.
