Healthy Birthday Cake Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashew butter may substitute with another nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup oat flour
  • Dash of salt
  • Colored sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Add the oat flour and salt. Stir again until incorporated.
  • Use a measuring tablespoon to scoop the batter, and roll it into balls. Wet hands to help with this process if necessary.
  • Add colored sprinkles to a small bowl.
  • Keep a cup of water nearby to add a little moisture to the outside of the balls before rolling and coating the surface of the balls in the colored sprinkles.
  • Store in the fridge for up to one week.
