Preheat air fryer to 320 degrees.
Chop off the top of the apples, and remove the cores, leaving a hole in the center of the apple for the filling.
Place them in the preheated air fryer, and spread 1 tbsp of brown sugar and ½ tsp of ground cinnamon on top of them.
Cook at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
For the topping/filling, chop pecans into small pieces, and mix with almond flour, brown sugar, and coconut oil.
Remove the air fryer basket, and stuff the apples with the pecan mix. Cook for another 5 minutes in the air fryer.
Enjoy while warm.
