Dragon Fruit Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

of 1 dragon fruit
1/2
cup
blackberries
2
leaves
kale
washed and chopped
1
tbsp
ground flax
1/2
cup
milk
ice
Instructions
Cut dragon fruit in half, and use a spoon to remove fruit from the skin.
In a blender or smoothie maker, add the kale, flax, and blackberries.
Then add the dragon fruit, ice, and milk.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
