Peel, clean, and cook shrimp, and set aside.

Scoop out some of the bread to create a valley for the slaw and shrimp.
Spread some of the mayonnaise mixture onto the bread, and combine the rest with the slaw.
Spread the broccoli slaw mixture onto the bread, and top with shrimp. Cut into desired size sandwiches.
