Shrimp Slaw Sandwich with Garlic Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. shrimp cooked
  • 2 1 ⁄2 cups broccoli slaw
  • 1 1 ⁄2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 ⁄2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 ⁄4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 large loaf bread

Instructions

  • Peel, clean, and cook shrimp, and set aside.
  • Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
  • Scoop out some of the bread to create a valley for the slaw and shrimp.
  • Spread some of the mayonnaise mixture onto the bread, and combine the rest with the slaw.
  • Spread the broccoli slaw mixture onto the bread, and top with shrimp. Cut into desired size sandwiches.
