Pour beer into pot. Place wings into the Cook & Crisp Basket, and place basket in pot. Assemble the pressure lid, making sure the pressure value is in the SEAL position.
Sprinkle wings with cumin, garlic powder, and Hot Old Bay Seasoning (or use seasonings of your choice).
Select PRESSURE, and set to HIGH. Set time to five minutes. Select START.
When pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure by turning the pressure release value to the VENT position. Carefully remove the lid when it has finished releasing pressure.
Pat wings dry with paper towels, and toss with two tablespoons oil in the basket.
Close cripsing lid. Select AIR CRISP, set temperature to 390 degrees, and set time to 15 minutes. Select START.
After seven minutes, open lid, then lift basket, and shake wings or toss with silicone-tipped tongs. Lower basket back into pot, and close lid to finish cooking.
While wings are cooking, put barbeque sauce into a large mixing bowl.
When cooking is complete, transfer wings to bowl with the barbecue sauce and toss to coat.
