Slow Cooker Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds ground beef
  • ½ Cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsp chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 Cup onion finely chopped and sauteed
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • ½ Cup broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the ground beef, bread crumbs, and eggs. Then mix.

  2. Incorporate the salt, pepper, chili powder, barbecue sauce, and onion, and mix until everything is well incorporated.

  3. Form small meatballs.

  4. Place meatballs into the slow cooker, and cover with the heavy cream and broth.

  5. Cook on high for four hours.

  6. Serve, and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Make some extra meatballs. These freeze well!
