We’ve published more than one article about the importance of self care. Most of us know what we’re supposed to do, but actually doing it–that’s another thing. Whether we’re busy at work, chasing after our kids all day, or juggling work and kids, it’s too easy to forget to take care of ourselves. But as the saying goes, you can’t fill up others when your cup is empty.
That’s why we created this self-care checklist printable. It’s visual reminder to help you remember to take self-care breaks. Print as many of these handy sheets as you’d like, and make sure to keep one where you’ll see it. This may be just the little nudge you need to make taking care of yourself a priority.
