I hope you’re all doing your civic duty and voting on Tuesday. If you have not voted yet, and you need to find your polling place, you can find it here: https://www.vote411.org/
Besides your “I Voted” sticker and a new president, you’ll also get some freebies and discounts on election day.
Here are some of the deals you can expect on November 8th:
Transportation issues getting to the polls? If you need a ride so that you can get out to vote, there are several companies and even some public transit systems providing free rides. Just search online for your city and “free ride election day.” Participating companies include Uber, Lyft, Google, Zipcar and more. They’re offering special discounts or promotions to make sure everyone has a chance to vote. Many public transit systems will be free November 8th too.
Child care might be an issue on election day, so the YMCA is offering Free Child Care at participating locations! Check with your local YMCA. They are offering free care to people who need child care so that they can vote.
Firehouse Subs: At participating locations on November 8th, Firehouse Subs will give customers a free medium drink for showing their “I Voted” sticker.
Noodles & Company: Head to Noodles & Company website to cast your vote for your favorite mac and cheese. When you do, you’ll receive a buy-one-get-one-free coupon good for any regular bowl at Noodles & Company.
Great American Cookies: Get a free cookie at participating locations. Just show your “I Voted” sticker.
Krispy Kreme: Show your “I Voted” sticker at participating Krispy Kreme locations to get a free doughnut.
Chuck E. Cheese’s: Use coupon code #5253 on November 8 or mention at the register that you voted. You’ll get a free personal pepperoni pizza with any other pizza purchase.
7-Eleven: November 8th, 7-Eleven customers get a free cup of coffee at participating locations. Get this deal with the 7-Eleven mobile app (in the App Store or Google Play).
Gold’s Gym: Bring your “I Voted” sticker to get free access to your local Gold’s Gym on Election Day free. Find your nearest location here.
Macy’s: Macy’s is offering 20% off online orders of $50 or more with coupon code VOTE on Tuesday, November 8th.
