Some of my best Christmas memories are of all the sweet treats that seemed to be around during the holidays when I was a kid. My grandma did so much baking–every kind of cookie and even homemade candy you can think of. And, we were there to watch, sometimes help, and always enjoy the delicious results! I know it’s easier to pick up pre-made treats from the store, but baking cookies with your little ones is a great way to make lasting memories. You don’t have to make candy or every cookie recipe in your cookbook. Just making a simple batch of cookies together (or any recipe you choose) is a wonderful holiday tradition that I know your child will always remember and appreciate.
Here are 25 cookie recipes we’ve rounded up to give you some ideas. Enjoy, and happy holidays!
